^ thxs for sharing. Seems like it hit or miss. Still undecided on what I want to do.

I am interested n the running lights upgrade and thinking about switching to a 10k bulb.

The white on chrome wheels looks sweet.
No way I could drive the GS with its 4x4 look without a drop.
U are a brave soul. I understand though. Why get awd? It's not that much of an advantage....not enough power to the wheels. Traction control is almost as good.

Thxs still trying to decide if I like the wheels. I think I would actually trade for some stocks if anyone is interested.

Where I live it snows and ice some in the summer so I figure it would b an advantage. I wasn't looking particularly for an awd it just this one was a really good deal.

So u have 2 gs's?

Yeah...a his/hers thing.
Its funny but I initially hated the 3GS.
Then my wife begged me for one. I tried talking her into an ES350 but she used the secret weapon on me....tears. She cried in front of the salesman and called a bully. I gave in.
After driving the GS for a year, I fell in love and got one for myself. The his/hers thing is really cool.

What the heck. I have no words, this would never happen in my marriage! When I bought the GS, I called my wife and asked her to come down the street to look at it and make sure she liked it before I bought it, she just said something along the lines of ... you take care of it, you know what you're doing.

I don't know what you mean by this would never happen in your marriage.
You mean you would never give you wife something she really wants despite you not liking it? If that's true you won't be married for life.

Referring to the crying in public (or at all for that matter) over not getting what she wants. That's not something I'd expect my child to do let alone my grown wife.

Now if she didn't actually burst into a teary tantrum and you were being dramatic, I apologize for saying anything about it.

I'm not offended....I was surprised.
Lot's of people act like kids when it comes to toys. Cars are emotional objects. If they weren't we'd all drive a box with seats, an engine sitting on plain wheels. Instead there are many levels and styles of transportation. It is an emotional decision when choosing....for 90% of Americans.
That an emotional creature like a woman would come to tears when her husband is trying to force her to drive something she doesn't want is not that surprising to me.
