Default 2006 GS430 Diagnostic Tool
All,
Is there a diagnostic tool that we can buy off the shelf similar to what other manufacturers sell to support BMW and Porsche's? Thanks!

as far as scanning codes? i would assume a typical OBDII scanner would work

I have one and it seems to work for everything but ABS/VSC (Brakes) Any other code that it tripped I was able to pull and search it. I guess you need the tablet they use at the dealer for this. My speed sensor went out and I wasn't able to pull and codes.

You can get these fairly cheap online.

OBDII scans for all dummy lights except for ABS, Air Bag and TPMS codes as far as I know.
