So, I just started working at this new spot, and my parking area is next to one of the Navy carriers. I notice that my key fob is not recognized when the ships radars are turning.. I can't unlock my doors(unless i do it manually) and I can't start my car. WTF. I was stuck trying to start my car for 20min. One of my co-workers said that it has happenned to other peoples cars when the ships are at port. I better start driving my non-high tech car to work.. booo

This happened to me once...
Ironically, I was at the old top secret toyota museum location here in SoCal..
I was the only new IS having a fob problem, but there had been prior instances of it happening in the same location to other newer Lexus owners.

did you try waving the key fob really close to the "Start/Stop" button, while pushing the button? that's what they tell us to do if the key fob battery is low...which will then allow you to start the car.

^^ Nope.. It will just keep "dinging" key not detected...
If the Fob becomes nonoperational, you gain manual entry and then hold the Fob directly on top of the "Start/Stop" button for a few seconds until the light turns green..
Then just push it..
