I see there are quite a few complaints about the dash noise, do you know if dealer fix that under warranty? What should I say to them, because you know those noise doesn't happen 100% of the time.


Also, when I used the Navi guide, the speaker in front of the driver side sounds distorded, is that a known problem or could my speakers been 'blown up' by the previous owner.

i don't have problem with the nav voice, but can have them check it out

on the dash noise, unfortunately unless they can duplicate it, it's going to be hard to fix. it can be a lot of places. but doesn't hurt to tell them or maybe ask for a test drive together

Hi GLSA, the past Friday i brought my car to Lexus to get my regular service... i told them about the rattle and clicking noise... they made a note, had a test drive to see what the noise is.... now they're telling me they will have to install a few factory modifed clips...i dont know if that will solve the dashboard noise problem, but ill have to wait and see, since the booking is made for this coming Wed...

I had my dash taken care of again for the 5th time last week and they finally got it.......for now. They said they removed the ac vents on the top and face of the dash. The noise is gone and I took care of the console creaks with some felt pads ( after being told I will probably have to replace the entire console for $1300.) I can't believe how much more I am enjoying my GS now that she doesn't make so much damn noise.
