if you go to the sat menu on screen, all channels should be on demo mode? does it display the number on screen that you can use to call? on the xm units i installed, i believe it's displayed.

otherwise, it should be on the back of the sirius tuner as well

XM = channel 0000
Sirus = channel 255

that will tell you the ID #
