I understand that, but I am wondering if you can help me with this question... Have you run the high beams (on high) for a significant period of time (5 minutes or more)? I have run higher wattage bulbs on other rides and suffered from no issues and I doubt there would be any on this application. Just wanna make sure. =)

I have no need for my high's. I have to sets of 6k HID's that provide me with enough light.

If you need your high beams have the dealer turn off your DRL's. I think they make wire harnesses for this purpose but never used them myself.
