What barand and size tires are you getting? That has a big effect also!

with their standard setup for the gs, the front is fine, the rear is marginal and tires are important

if you go with spec size tires you should be ok. if you go with overspec tires, you probably will rub

and brand/model make difference too

to avoid rubbin issues, go with 245/30/20 and 275/25/20,,,tire sizes vary with brands,,i have 245/35/30 and 275/30/20 but needed some fender work,,,no disrepect to nexan tires but go with more expensive tires with better ratings,,,tires make all the difference,,,hope this help

Its all about the tires! I have same size Vossens on my ride, and I am running 295's on the rear because I did not want that rolled tire look on my wheels, I wanted the tire to look like it belonged on the wheel. To accommodate that size tire it required me to roll the rear fenders. I have F-Sport springs also....with that size tire it rubes in the rear when I have people in the back and I hit a speed bump to hard. If you want to not ever rube at all and not roll the rear...the widest I would say you could go will be 275's in the rear. No worry about the front. here are a few pic's...

Im running a 20x9 +32 w/ 245/30-20(f) & 20x10.5 +39 w/ 285/25-20 I am running spacers and dropped on coils, I have my fenders shaved. They also have more convservative offsets check out the wheel thread. If your only slightly dropped and don t run spacers with these specs you should be fine!

Default Staggered setup on my AWD GS..

Hi Everyone.

I Have an 06 GS 300 AWD and I'm going to get the Vossen VVS082 Wheels. 20x9 Front & 20x10.5 Rear. I keep getting a million opinions on which tires to run. Being that I have an AWD I know the OD must be very close when it comes to the tires. So, that being said I've been told that I should run:

245 30 20 in the front
and
295 25 20 in the Rear
+- 5 for OD

I've also been told to run 285 25 20 in the Rear...

So, i don't know what tires to run. I want to make sure that I don't run into any problems with my AWD.

Please Help!

Thanks,

Nikki
XOXO

go with 275 or 285 in the rear. 295 will probably get you to rub

The 245/30 & 285/25 are almost the exact same overall diameter perfect stagger fit combo
