Default Help me mod my 06 GS300!

I have a 2006 Lexus GS300. Im looking for performance mods, but i cant really find many. Plz help me out on the best, legit mods for my car! The 2006 Model GS is the new body, but its V6 is Underpowered (Only 245 HP for a 3.0L V6 >_<) I Know this car has potential, it just needs some mods to make it faster!

Stuff like:
-Exhaust (Im getting an HKS Hi-Power exhaust for only $800 ) Let me know if HKS is better than Tanabe Medallion!
-Intake (Prefer Cold air, but short ram is ok too)
-Chips/ECU
-Turbochargers/superchargers/turbo kits
-Body Kits/Spoilers/Grilles
-Suspension Kits/Lowering Springs (I have 19" rims)

Thanks in advance!

Rumor has it that the turbo/ supercharger kits haven t been perfected do to issues cracking the ecu so you ll be limited to bolt on parts ie intake, exhaust. Hks and Tanabe are common exhausts systems on these cars. Check out Carson L Tuned for more ideas, good luck!

Welcome. Please take the time to SEARCH. GS 300 is not really underpowered, it just isn't overpowering.

Everything you are asking has been covered and its all about your vision for your car and what you want. Most parts are interchangeable in regards to suspension, bodykits, etc.

Good luck

I would concentrate on suspension and brakes. IMO the 2 week points of this car. I went with F Sport Springs, Shocks, and Sway Bars and am extremely happy with them. If you want more adjustability you can go coil overs as there are some inexpensive solutions out there for this car. There are only a couple exhaust systems out there and it just depends on how much you are willing to spend. I have a Tanabe coming in next week so I will let you know how that is and my next project is to toss the stock front brakes and swap for some GS430 or GS350 brakes. I plan on doing a writeup on that since I have yet to find a good diy resource online to do this.
