Default Pics of mt 06' GS300 I just picked up on Friday..

Hi guys,

Just thought id some share pics of my 06' GS300 i just picked up on Friday, so far i love it! It has only 49k miles, super clean interior and exterior, came out to 20K out the door. Ill post up more pics this afternoon when i take some. BTW you guys have a very informative forum, i learned quite a bit about the car before i even purchased it. Sorry if the pic quality is kind of crap since it was taken with my iphone

Now....just looking for some wheels and suspension...

Yea!! I could not believe it! It was the only one i could find in my price range with Navi, too. Most GS300 ive looked at were base models, this one has every option i can see except ML Audio, and sonar sensors, those are the only 2 options i dont see. I wish it had the ML audio so i could have mp3 function and DVD video but i guess i cant win all the time...

PS, i guess you got a 4runner too eh? I have a 03 myself as well.

Are there any common ones to look for besides power steering and oil leak?

The fuel rails had a recall, a caliper pin, & rack & pinion. I also had a sunroof rattle, the whole assembly was replaced, and some experience dash/windsheild rattles. I would imagine the recalls would have been done already you can call Lexus corporate and give them the vin# and they can tell you whats been done. Good luck, If your interested in 22s I have a set for sale along with tein h tech springs. Check in the wheel classifieds for 22"Asantis

Thanks for the warm welcome guys...Only gripe i find so far is the transmission shifting is somewhat jerky at low speeds cruising or light acceleration. Is this normal? If i pull away from a light with light throttle action is shifts a bit jerky up the gears. I also have this strange jerkiness during like 45mph cruising light on the throttle. Almost like its like trying to up shift to a higher gear when it doesn't need to or its gear hunting. It feels like the light jerkiness when you are starting to run out of fuel but not quiet there, its light but noticeable and annoying.

i basically got all the same options as you. i just recently picked up my GS too.
