I guess the pic below says it all..
I tried aiming my headlights last night. Verticle adjustment was very easy, however the horizontal adjustment was bit tricky. as you can see in the pic my current horizontal aim is as the lower drawing. the two notches are distinct and sepeterate from each other. I am wondering if the two notches are supposed to overlap. I used the plastic guage(L to R) inside the clear bulb cover for horizontal adjustment but no matter how much I try to bring them close to the center they don't seem to overlap. I went max on L on one side and max R on the other side. Has anyone tried the horizontal adjustment before? and maybe give me some direction?

 

Mine is set like the one on the bottom.

 

Mine look just like the bottom pattern, all i think you need is to aim them up just a tad bit.
