So what are my options? I'm sticking with Lexus. Do I go back to the 350, spring for the 460 or the 450? Have no idea what the insurance company is going to do, at this point.

Wow, glad you are okay. Show your insurance agency any receipts for mods or anything you paid for. Fight for fair value for your car.
If its totaled take anything out you would like to keep. Good chance it will be bought, fixed with a salvage title and sold again.

In my accident the front looked just like that...except that it wasn't pushed in as much. Insurance estimated it as $15k damage..I didn't have the rear damage as you so just assume the damage will be $15K + rear damage. Glad your okay. I was told their hood hinges are designed to bend near the windshield so it doesn't damage it. Might be for every car but thats pretty cool

I'm pleased you were not injured. Imagine what a day you would have had if you, say, broke your leg? It's hard to see from the pictures, but I assume your air bags deployed?

Sorry to hear about this. If it was going to happen, it's too bad it didn't happen after 4GS is out I suppose. Maybe you should take the money and just buy a beater to get where you need to go until Lexus' next round which I fully expect to be stellar given that they seem to be working extremely hard to regain customer confidence and loyalty.
