mThat is probably the third one... he probably decided to let it go because he doesn't want to deal with fabricating parts...especially with no reference. I got a feeling Mike will see this through Anyone wanting to buy the parts is gonna shell out a lot of money. Otherwise, just be Mike's neighbor and piece the parts together LOL
Maybe Sakataj Might want in on this...the problem is getting the rest of the parts.
I'm hoping someone close to me gets this...Glenn already is FI. hmmm....

Ebay seller is a company based in San Antonio which mainly sells engine performance upgrade parts. CL member selling his SC is from Maine.
$1600 No Reserve start bid is a STEAL compared to CL members' firm price of $4000....

my guess is it wont even sell. funny there is more work that needs to be done and things to get then the eBay seller mentions. Its still a steal for someone that is up for the project. Its still going to be much less then the 10k most want for a roots style s/c for the Lexus line up.

Awesome Mike!!! Can't wait to see it all finished. If I had to take a WILD guess, if someone bought (and got) this kit for $1600. I would HAVE TO THINK that it would cost at least another $3K for the remaining parts, standalone EMS, install and tune. So, under $5K could do it! However, does anyone know how much power the stock engine internals and stock tranny can hold on the 3rd generation GS?
Mike, since your being a pioneer on this if I were you and had everything ready to go, I would start off with the largest pulley (lowest PSI) and see how the car drives (how the tranny holds up and all) and if all is good then start going down in pulley size (increasing PSI and power levels gradually). You just don't want to start out with a monster at 400+whp and find out after the fact that permanent damage was done to the tranny.
The kit looks very nice and clean though...and I am sure it will come out sick! GL!

Thanks buddy!
I would like to mirror what SRT was able to do with the Stage III kit but I wont get that crazy at first. I want to test this out first and then take steps from there. I think the car would be great if I can get it between 350 - 400 hp at the wheels. Mr Johnson was pushing 429 at the wheels with the SRT and that was a blast to drive.
