Gs puddle mirror bulb change??
Hi, i want to change my puddle lights bulbs to bright LEDS on my 2006 gs 300 mirrors..
how do i do this, and what kind of bulb do i need?

You need this kind of bulbs (194)
And they must light forward.

BUT in GS you need another type of bulbs.
Which light only forward, not to side.
In my country people look at my MOD with wide open eyes!
Why you want less bright?
You can easely find cheap bulbs whereever you go.
If you want less bright -
http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/C...14849-1-2.html
But this would be 4 times less bright (then hi-power v-leds)
So you choose - 25 lm or 100 lm brigthness
another way - to look for leds bulbs, with Luminous Intensity about 50 (lm)

why wont the flank bulbs work?

But in GS a little bit different.
Flank bulb not necessary as in IS250.

And by the way this is the only easiest way.

You will have to open the two halves of the mirror covers to access the bulbs, and in order to open them you must first remove the door panels and then the mirrors.
Not necessary to remove door panels >
In GS even easier to remove mirror then on IS, because you have special places for screwdriver on backside of the mirror.
