Default Winter Tires?

Hi guys just want to know if the Michelin Alpin Pilot is a good tire for a 2009 GS 350 AWD? I searched the Michelin and when I entered my car info it said this on the search:

"We're sorry, Michelin does not currently manufacture tires that are direct replacements for your vehicle's Original Equipment tire specifications. Please review our Possible Substitutions below".

Then below it listed the Michelin Pilot Alpin PAS? So can my car use this tire or not?

I have them so I can say yes they work good. I have the Alpina III tires that just came out last season.

reason they have the PAS is our cars come with run flat tires. Just make sure you have a spare tire and your all good.

Thanks for the info. Also would my tire pressure monitor light still work with the change of tires or do I have to do something about the feature after I change the tires?

I put on new winter tires with non-Lexus rims. As a results, the tire preassure light is on. I assume the system cannot find a signal and; thus, freaks out.

No. I changed tyres on stock wheels with oem TMPS.
And no warning lights.

For lights not to go on the dash you will need TPMS sensors in the wheels installed or use you're old ones. If you going to install them on different set of rims, then you will need the sensor and also you will need to program them to the car.
