Got my card in the mail today, $500; activated over the phone, no need to give out SS#. Just card number and exp date. Card expires in 1 year. I talk to the PNC rep and he confirmed it’s restricted ONLY to Lexus dealership for parts and service. I think they have to use a special code for every purchase to authorize it. I had my valve recall work done a week ago, so no way this was a reward for that. I did extend my warranty early in the year, could be that? Also, strangely enough only 3GS forum mentions about this card. How come nobody else got it?
Now, what to buy with it @ Lexus? I just had my oil change done at 65k service. Any suggestions?
....
uh, now I remember that letter mentioned by ek9vboi. and what am I supposed to tell my wife when I thought its a debit card and promised her already to buy $300 food processor she wanted so much? lol!!!

You need to call them back and talk to them again (nicely). I was in exactly the same boat, and they were able to look up both of the policies by their unique numbers (the one I bought from Midwest Toyota and the complimentary one sent after the recall). My warranty is also for 6 years / 75K miles, and I explained to the representative that I do not need the extra 30K miles because my four year old car only has 35K miles on it right now. I also said, and this is key that other people on clublexus in similar circumstances have reported receiving the $500 card. The representative went away for 5 minutes, and then reported back that they would be happy to accommodate my request (cancel the free policy and send me the card). No paperwork required. I received the card a couple of weeks later.

I would consider some F-Sport products, a sway bar or maybe 7 shifter *****?

Looks like you'll need to dig into your spare funds and buy that food processor.

I just got this letter yesterday cept no 500$ gift card but got the 1,500$ off a new car and 100,000 extended warranty.. I am taking the car tommorow for the valve spring recall.

So to my understanding is if you bought the extended warranty you will recieve the 500$ gift card plus 1,500$ off a new car. If you didn't buy the extended warranty, with this recall you will get the 1,500 off a new or lease Lexus, plus 500$ gift card since you already have the extended powertrain warranty.
