Between those two options, I'll say go with the Toyo T1R. It has a ton of grip that will last till the very end, and they do well in the rain.

T1R is good; PS2's are better. The Continental DWS seems promising 580AA treadwear FTW!

The Pzero's aren't the most grippy either. I've spun a 2006 STi out in the wet with them

I wished I could have afforded these tires. I bought the continental extreme contact dws and I am not too pleased. Sidewalls are a little to soft for my taste

Yes - it's a common issue that these tires lack crispness on turn in due to soft sidewalls. Also lack on center feel.

To address the sidewall issue it is always best to buy XL load factor tires.
