How much should I pay for these two GS430?
Hi all,
I found two 2006 Lex GS430 at my local Toyota dealer and I would like to get your opinions on the price. Both have clean Carfax and service history.
1. Silver, gray leather, 97k miles, navigation system, clean condition. They are asking $22,000.
2. Black on black, 69k miles, no navigation system, good exterior and flawless interior. They are asking $25,500.
I check the A/C filters and they work fine, no broken hinge. How much should I offer them?

I made an offer of $18,000 for the silver with 97k miles and they counteroffered $19,800. On the black, I offered $21,500 and they wanted $24,200. I know they are desperated to get rid of these two since they got it for a while; however, they would not lower the price lol.

I have my GS300 now but my wife is the main driver; it will be nice if I have another GS430 and it will be solely mine. I'm currently driving 09 Mazda 5 van and it isn't look cool like the GS300. I'm not desparated so I just walked out since they would not want to go down on the prices. Thanks all.

I agree. Their asking price is WAY too high for an 06' with that many miles. I bought my 07' 450h for $27K w/ 40K miles.......
Give them your number and tell them when they are ready to give it to you for what you are offering to give you a call. Otherwise, look elsewhere and get a better deal.

the '06 GS430 is good though. As far as I know there are no recalls for it and it drives great to me. Mine is at 105K miles. All maintenance, just did the timing belt. Did you test drove it? Check see if the rear view mirror vibrates when drive over bumps, it's one of the issue.

Yes, I test drove both of them then made the offers. No vibrations or any issues that I know of. I really like the silver since it has Nav and gray leather. Now just wait if they really want to sell it. I gave them my number before I left. None of these are certified since they are trade-ins at Toyota dealer.

I hate to say it but those prices are dead on they came back to you with. 21,400 is average black book on both cars. These cars will sell regardless of miles. If you buy either car your getting a good deal.
I would buy the one with less miles for 24,200, thats still black book so your buying the car for what a dealer would.
