Great questions which I don't have the answers for as of right now. When they called me, I was running into a meeting and didn't have a whole lot of time to ask questions. I will see if I can get more clarification tomorrow.

The mice had to have gotten into my car's HVAC system somehow during the weekend seeing that I'm a Road Warrior (typically logging 500-750 miles/week) during the week, however, it sits on the weekend and we take my wife's MDX wherever we need to go.
