Unhappy 2006 gs 300 headlight trim

Hi can someone please help me out i have a 06 gs300 and the front drivers side headlight chrome trim piece is missing? its only like the little 2 inch piece on the bottom it is a chrome piece. i called lexus they first said I have to buy the whole assembly for 1200! then i explained it better and he said i can just replace the whole chrome trim for 153 which is a lot better but the thing is im only missing the little2 inch chrome piece on the bottom that is around the headlight. I checked ebay couldnt find it. lexus said they dont just sell that little piece alone does anyone know where I can get one for like 20 or 30 bucks? or a web site? also my car was not hit and i didnt hit anything there is no damage I dont know how it fell off? I live in new jersey either a piece of ice or snow prolly got stuck to it and made it fall off or someone might of tried stealing it. please gimme some feed back , thanks, Matt

I recall this problem with another member a while back and if I recall you have to order the entire light to get this part? I would search to dobule check. I think someone is selling a used light in the classified section so maybe they can sell you that part??

im assuming your talking about the cover for the washer nozzle? if thats the case they do not just sell the plastic piece, you need to buy the whole arm too which i believe last time i checked was over $200

Check eBay for the washer stuff. I've found some stuff on there pretty cheap or car-part.com

Default GS300 2006 Headlight Trim

I am having the same issue with my driver's side headlight in that the little center silver trim peice fell off without any incident to cause it. Can you please tell me where to purchase the trim only? My Lexus dealer is telling me I have to purchase the entire headlight assembly at $600+?!
Thank you!

Yeah, its going to be the headlight washer nozzle chrome trim piece or the chrome piece around it if the car is not equipped w/ headlight washers. Either case, it's going to cost you. Try junkyards and such.

Sorry to say, but someone took it cuz both of mine got jacked. The cover is a nozzle that snaps on to the washer arm actuator and the only way it will come off if you pull it off. You can't buy the washer nozzle cover alone, you have to buy the whole actuator which will cost around 224.00 bucks. The part no. is 80527A (RH) and 805208A (LH). Here is the link to buy:

Hope this help you out. Btw, Crazy glue it to the actuator arm next time. Thats what I did to mine, so that the next ****** who try to jack it will have a hard time.

Thank you all for your help! I was wondering how in the world this piece just 'fell' off and why there has been more than one of us with this issue?!
I will see if I can find it used. If not, thank you On3racing for the part number and link!
