So fellow GS Marylanders... how did your GS fair in the snow yesterday?

Are you the one stuck in the traffic jam?

Or are you the one stuck that caused the traffic?

My GS did great in the snow, it just sit in the drive way with the snow lovingly covering my GS.

 

i'm not in md but it did ok in the same kind of snow. what i found interesting was when it was skidding in snow, the little orange icon came on in the dash and then even though i would press harder on the accelerator it wouldn't rev up the engine as in other cars, as if it was being subdued. is this normal?

 

you guys have awd? lowered? pimped out?

I will be honest thought I hate GS AWD system, its dull. I would rather prefer Acura SH AWD system or atleast RX350 AWD system where its more front wheel drive based then rear. Its just much better in snow versus conventional AWD system which GS come's with.

 

my gs did great in the snow (w/ snow mode).. felt sorry for people who got stranded though..
a complete chaos yesterday since it was during the rush hour.. my dad told me, it took him 7 hours to get home (only 20 min distance) with no food, water, and bathroom break. just way too many cars stuck on the road. what a crazy commute back home..

 

AWD help a lot in snow.

Mine is RWD.

 

i suggest get a used 4WD SUV/truck for the snow season and bring out the GS on the clear day

just got the 3gs 4 days ago an im loving it having 2 Gs 300's and now a Gs 350 awd ...big difference in this Ny snow

my car is under about a foot of snow. its suppose to snow again today so i probably wont see my car again til mid February

 

i know..i love my GS also..maybe love too much I wouldn't dare take mine in the snow..beside its not AWD...

 

My GS did pretty well in the snow on Wednesday. It slipped here and there but I got home in 30 minutes.

 

My 350 cuts through the snow with ease... No problems here withe the latest 2ft of snow in NYC.
