Default Help with TSB

I was at my local dealership today. My service advisor was unable to give me information regarding all the TSB I have found on the forums except for the Valve Spring issue.....any ideas on what the best way approach this situation ?

what information are you looking for? its probably best to print them out yourself and bring them in with you.

Don't confuse TSB with recall. Just because there is a TSB on an issue does not mean your car meets the criteria. TSBs are put in place to help dealers remedy an issue if an owners comes in with that issue. For example, There are TSB's for squeaks in the dash and vibrating rear view mirrors on the IS. The dealer is not going to perform these fixes on every IS that comes in the door. The fix will only be performed on those cars that the owner has notified the dealer of the issue and the car actually displays symptoms of the issue.
