Well, I just happen to have the black wood and would prefer the maple - perhaps a weekend project since I'm right over the bridge? :P

Won't work. His black interior has red walnut not golden birdseye maple.

And you can't swap with golden maple because the steering wheel won't match.

I think I may have mixed up the color names, coming from IS land, the dark colored wood is called "auburn birds eye maple", which looks similar to the walnut in the GS. Anyway, thank you for the clarification

With this in mind, would that same hold true regarding the steering wheel though?
