Have any of you guys called and complained about the $500 gift card/ $1500 towards new purchase? I think its pretty shady of Lexus Corp to offer us this when we paid a premium for our cars and then offer us this "settlement"??!

Mods, just trying to see if any other CPO owners feel like we got a shady deal since we paid a premium for our cars and have to settle for $500.

 

You need another option for "more than fair". Lexus fixed the issue. They gave you a loaner car while it was in for repair. If you dealer is like mine they probably even came to you, picked your car up, delivered a loaner, returned you car after the repair and picked the loaner up from your location. You were out very little time if any at all. What more could you want? I think it is pretty "Shady" to think you are entitled to anything more. I guarantee you no other manufacturer would work as hard as Lexus has to make this right. As an example, When the transmission went out in my 07 Chevy truck with less than 30K it cost me money out of my pocket to get interim transportation. The Chevy dealer does not even have loaners. They have a deal with enterprise and I had to pay the taxes for that rental. If I wanted a truck, I had to pay even more.

What the hell is wrong with you people. Lexus went above and beyond on this. Get over it.
