Seat position for long legged drivers

I'm 5'11 and half and I don't have any problems with leg room or leg support. My seat is lowered all the way and raised all the way in the front with the seat back at and angle a bit more than 90*.
I don't have a problem with leg room but found that the headroom is lacking. My hair is always grazing the top and when I look up at the headliner, there is hair stuck in it

Right Knee Pain
I see your post from several years ago, but i am having same issue. Mine is 2008 RX350, the greatest car I've ever owned, except for this seat issue. I can never get it set properly. If I drive more than an hour, my right knee begins to hurt.
I cannot seem to raise the seat high enough, or far back enough. My theory is that I'm sitting too low, and somehow, tilting the right foot between Gas and Brake causes an odd pain in the leg and knee of driving leg. (I am age 55 and in good physical shape).
I too thought my seat was broken; that it would not go back far enough. Like something stuck in the path of the seat. I've tried a million different combinations, and cannot get it comfortable. Sad that such a great car suffers from this limitation.
I want the seat higher, so that it's more like sitting in a chair, with the leg bent more like 90 degree angle. In order to get the seat back far enough, you must lower the height of the seat.
Sad, but I'm actually thinking of trading the car, due to this seat issue. I'm wondering if anyone has found solution for great range of adjustments.

Not the lack of fans, our ES350 has ventilated seats and is a lot more comfy. Here is what I like about the ES seats:
1) More driver leg room
2) Extendable seat cushions
3) More vertical and horizontal movement
4) Better padding
My theory is that since the ES350 is the only Lexus designed exclusively for the US market, they took into account that Americans are naturally taller and heavier than the average Japanese person. Average American physique is much closer to Northern European than Japanese.
The average japanese man is 5 foot 7.5 inches according to Wikipedia. The average American man is 5 ft 9.5 inches (going up to 5ft 10.5 inches for the average white american). I'm 6'0". So quite a bit bigger than the average japanese man.
Lexus needs to have their seating positions designed in US or Northern Europe.

I've always had an issue with Lexus seats in all cars. Problem with these seats is that the seat is not bucket enough, meaning divide the cushion in two parts _._/ 2nd part should be more of a bucket similar to European cars. It will relieve pressure that way
