Default what would you offer for this gs350

I am looking to make an offer on this gs350. What would you offer OTD for this vehicle? What would a good price be? I have never purchased a used car so I dont know much. Thanks in advance for everyone's help.

I think a good price would be around $31,000 to $32,000 certified but I'm guessing its not certified, so I would try to low ball it in hopes of getting a steal, I would say $31,000

I would try and low ball it as well, I just paid 35k for an 09 with 25k miles, seemed like a very good deal compared to the 07's and 08's I was looking at.....but I think if you get it for 32k +/- you are good.......

I just paid 40k for an 09 with 14,000miles. It was an awd white on black. If I wasn't picky about color I would have waited for a better deal. I still feel good about my purchase regardless. My car (wifes...) came from California, I felt better about that over all the east coast lease returns that seem to be flooding the Seattle Area.

thanks i think im going to start an offer at 30,000 and not pay any higher than 32000 OTD. I just hate the haggling process, I just want to give you an OTD price and you either take it or not!!

usually that works but you gotta stick to, like me I'll say I want this price and I'll try keep it there but if they offer a little to high I'll be going back and fourth and eventually I give in cause I really want the car!

what are the benefits of having a Certified vs a non-certified. I remember going to a local dealership and it is 3years/100,000 miles warranty. Other than that is it worth it for the extra cost?

Just put your game face on, and don't act like you really want the car.
Bring in a list of other similar cars for sale, so it doesn't seem like you really want the white/black combo, rare as it is.

as soon as they know that you know white/black is rare, they will stick hard to their price.

the car was about $52k + tax, new. So after 3 years, it should have lost ~48% of its value already.
so you do the math and tax.
I don't see why you can't get it for $31k otd, tops.

certified probably just makes it easier for you to get them to fix something, in case something goes wrong. After all, it is like a guarantee.
But you should still check it for body work, and see if any paint doesn't match.

doesn't hurt to call.

just inquire about availability and nothing else.
no negotiating or other nonsense over the phone.

I am thinking closer to $30K OTD would be a great deal. $31K would be good and I think $32K is too much.

It's not worth the money to get it CERTIFIED. I was force to get it certified to get a lower rate. Pay $1000 more to get it certified, I regret paying the extra cost. They don't do sh*# to the car beside giving the car a detail. The certified warranty only cover the engine and power tran not like the factory warranty which cover everthing bumper to bumper.

I agree. Call and make sure its available. Then when you go, take some cash for a deposit (if that is even an option). Usually when people see cash they know you mean business. He will probably be more willing to work a deal knowing you came with cash and from over an hour away.

But like they said above, you have to be willing to act like you are walking away. If you can get it for around $31K, you did good.

Good luck!

It is unusual to see a rwd WITH nav but Without Mark Levinson.
And I guess you have to pay more for RWD over AWD as no one wants AWD.
