Yes, the other driver did have insurance. It looks like its going to be a lil over 8k in damages. Now i have to settle the deppreciation of the vehicle. My roof airbags came out on the right side and the center post between the doors on the right side was bent/damaged and they didn't total it. O well.

 

Damn that sucks, I would have though that it would be totaled oh well just fix it up and then trade it in.

 

........ and that's why i hate insurance. you always lose.
