I JUST got my car delivered back to me from San Antonio TX (I'm in Corpus Chriti 2.5 hours away). They were performing the valve sprint recall and fixing some rattles in the dash. Upon backing up for the first time since getting it back, my camera no longer functions. It doesn't even switch to a blank screen or anything, it just stays on the nav screen.

I called the dealership and spoke with the shop forman. He indicated that there is no reset setting or anything I can do myself. Is this true? I really don't want them taking my car back there for another 2 weeks to fix such a stupid problem they caused.

Has anyone ever ran into a scenario like this?

sounds like they forgot to plug something back in.

Just suck it up and take it back.

Probably just didnt connect the harness.
