Did you even search the forum? It's been talked about before.
Did you even bother searching the obvious suspect, eBay?

Since this obviously isn't the case, your answer is the dealership.

Come on, people. If you think I'm being harsh, you should join the Arch Linux forums. :P

Lighten up! the guy just asked a question, It's easy to be rude when hiding behind a keyboard. Learn to treat the folks on this forum with respect just like you would want to be treated.
This is not personal, just a message that we are here for information. If you don't like what someone writes, don't read it and move on
Thank you!

It's not rude, it's truth. Why should the people in this forum have to continually do all of the common sense legwork for people who are just being too thoughtless or lazy to even attempt to find answers to common questions themselves?

How would you like to be sitting in a library next to the index and have every 3rd person come up to you and ask you to find a book for them. Eventually you'd start telling them "You're standing right beside the catalog, why don't you use it!!!"

It's either...

1) I reply saying you should have searched.
2) Somebody else replies saying the same thing.
3) The people eventually just get ignored by everybody.

No, it was rude. You should have a little more patience with the people who aren't able to spend as much time on here as you. Anyway, I have bought from the Tirerack for years plus the fact that they are a CL sponsor.

BJ, I know you make a lot of good and constructive comments on this board and I always enjoy reading your insights. But the guys are right on this one. Your comment was spot on but your delivery was terse and sarcastic. Sorry.

I am going to bow out, hopefully gracefully, of the "how to use the internet 101" evangelism now. I definitely can be terse about the subject, but it just grinds my gears when it seems like somebody is asking others to do simple research they could have done themselves if they were so inclined. From now on, whenever you see somebody posting a RTFM/Search thread you can all very well imagine me biting my nails up here and use your imaginations to think of what I would have written in response in the past. :P

For the record, my terse response did contain useful, though completely obvious, information (eBay).

One tip for the future would be, even if you really don't want to seach or rtfm before asking questions, just lie and say you did. =)

In before the lock!

I'm sorry but I do agree with Jay. Many people do this and to me, it's just basic Internet Forum etiquette to do a search first. Ah...oh well. Hopefully you've been helped though.

Cheers!
