yes it comes with free gas. the valet guy even told me when i dropped it off. he said "you dropped it off with no gas right because you get a free tank".
also the loaner car does have unlimited mileage on it. the dealer i use is about an hour away from where i work (both in complete opposite directions from where i live) and they never say anything to me. ive had a loaner car for like a week and put 500 miles on it.

^^..Keep in mind TSBs and Recalls are two seperate things, TSBs are technical service bulletins that are less seveer than recalls and work will only be performed if your car exihibits any of the related TSB symptoms AND your car must be under factory waranty.
2006 LEXUS GS300
Safety Recall BLA Certain 2006 - 2007 GS, 2006 - early 2009 IS 250 and 2006 - early 2008 IS 350 vehicles Insufficient Tightening of the Fuel Pressure Sensor This is an important Safety Recall. Please contact your authorized Lexus dealer to make an appointment to have this important remedy performed on your vehicle as soon as possible.
Condition:
Due to insufficient tightening of the fuel pressure sensor connected to certain engine fuel delivery pipes (those with nickel phosphorus plating), there is a possibility that, over time, the pressure sensor could loosen. If loosening occurs, fuel could leak past a gasket used in the connection between the sensor and pipe and through the threaded portion of the sensor. If fuel is leaking from the fuel pressure sensor, in some instances a fuel odor may be noticed from the engine compartment. Fuel leakage in the presence of an ignition source may increase the risk of a vehicle fire

got my letter this week too, not sure where I put it, I think I tossed it, I didn't think I'd need it for any reason,
I guess I can go knock out both recalls at once, fuel / valve springs

My dealership is telling me that my car needs the pedal entrapment/plastic pad one done but not the fuel pressure sensor one.
Weird thing is, that my profile online showed there was an outstanding campaign a couple of days after the fuel pressure sensor announcement and long before the plastic pad one.
It's an 06 and one of the first 2000 built. Did anybody ever find vin ranges for that one? Who knows, maybe they were building them better at the very beginning... :P

i just got this done - very painless procedure
dropped my car off at the end of the day, got a free rental for the next 24hrs which was nice (IS250).
car was ready next day, picked it up with a full tank of gas and a car wash

I just had mine done yesterday at San Diego Lexus. They replaced it as they said it wouldn't torque properly. They filled up my gas tank too!! I was just above a quarter tank at the time.
