Default 2 sets of wheels with semi aggresive offests, what will be less likly to rub?

Fronts: 20 x 9 +34
Rears: 20 x 10.5 +38

Tires
Fronts: 235/30/20
Rears: 275/30/20

or..............

Front: 20x9.5 +33 offset
Rear: 20x11 +45 offset

tires
front 255/35-20
rear 295/30-20

how bout assuming the second set tires were dropped to 245.30s in front
I will have rear fenders rolled for either set on a 08 gs I will occasionally have rear seat passengers, think it will be ok with either of these if the car is not lowered in the rear, prolly going to just use front rca's on this setup. I dont want to run crazy camber,or remove the noise damping fender liners or really thin sidewall or stretched tires. I want to run the alignment for top performance and minimum tire wear and keep the cars ride as plush as possible on 20s. can I get away with either of these setups with these things in mind?

The tire specs are wrong you need a 30 series on the front and 25 on the rear. The 245/30 on the 9.5 is ideal and 285/25 on the 11 would work it is a real slight wretch and will allow you more clearance. I have a 245/30 on 10.5

The 295 30 is slightly over spec, but with a rolled fender would it work with that high offset,Id like to run as much meat on the rear sidewall as possible to close the gap a tad to match the front rca look

That's a wide back tire.. You might be really close. 30 a/r isn't bad, but it's 30% of 295mms. Thats kind of aggressive. Might want to go with a 285 or 275 to be safe.

The 9.5 wheel is a little over 7mm more aggressive than the 9 and the rear wheels are about 1mm different with the 10.5 being a shy bit more aggressive they are super close to the same though

7mm might make a substantial diff, kinda wanted the rear tires to be a tad taller than the fronts its a rear drive so no issue there, how hard do you have to turn and brake to get these kinda setups to rub? do they rub at all on regular soft 90 deg neighborhood turns?

I.m running 20x9.5 +41 offset in front with a 255/30 and 20x10.5 +41 in rear with a 275/25 rear.

I was using 245/30 up front which made the tire look really stretched out due to the 9.5" wide rim. The problem was that I kept getting bubles (or ****) on the inside wall due to the crappy roads where I live and the car felt and drove like crap (i must have gone though 3 sets) Had no rubbing issues at all. Now I went to a 255/30 car rides perfect except for some rubbing in the front (then again its pretty low up front)

IMO, you're better off running 245/30 up front and 285/25 (or 275/25 if you want that stretched look). I rolled the fenserd in the back and made some adjustments to the front fender lining and fender in the front for the 255 up front

chacirims... I hear ya on the stretched tires riding like crap, they also give minimal performance as the contact patch is greatly effected.
What kinda mods need to be done to the front fender,i dont mind heat molding them a bit but i dont wana remove or cut any holes in them, they are really good for sound dampening.

lkap...what have you done in front to get that to work?
