Is there a way to change your personalized settings without going to the dealer? I thought that I have seen it on here before but cannot find it.

what settings? generally you have to go to the dealer to have the personalized stuff set.

Just bring this paper to the dealer and they should be able to do it for you here is the link.

Hope that answered the question of no they can only be done by the dealer, unless you have the techstream computer!

I had the same question last week. My dealer said they would charge 30 minutes worth of work which runs about $60.00.

Gotta make friends with the service guys, they usually will do it for free with no problem , I know when I got my car done they did it for me. Just say you just bought the car and wanted to get it done their becuase you love the service at that dealership and promise to keep coming back, maybe they will say yes
