Default Rear camera install

Hi,

I have an 06 gs300 with the parking sensors, but I don't have the backup camera. Is this hard to install or even possible? If you know of an install thread on a 06+ gs that would be great because I couldnt find any.

Thanks

I wish it was standard. What about the oem camera, I was hoping it could just plug into the harness and work. Or is the wiring missing since I don't have that option?

Wiring is likely not there for it. You can likely get a factory one and mount it though because chances are, the mount points are there for it.

I've never seen a 3GS with factory parking sensors and no rear camera. Really odd. Unless your sensors aren't factory?

Oh wait, I see you're on the Island. Options are always different there.

Yeah options are kind of dumb here. Let me know if you ever get info on what I have to do to complete the oe camera install.

Thanks

this would be awesome if someone knew more about this. I normally like to reverse park at work and a camera would be extra helpful.
