This photo was taken at Rebuilding Japan Meet. This is the stance I want and I do not know what is the right thing to do to it. Does anyone know? I don't know which area to put this post, sorry.

I can't tell who's car it is without seeing the wheels. The car is most likely on air, you can run camber arms the Megan Is 350 rear arms work on our car and the Topspeed Is300 front arms work. I have thought about going this route but I have heard that for every degree of camber only gains me 5 mm so for 10mm more aggressive on my rear wheel mean I would have to run -5.5 degrees camber not ideal for tire wear.
