As has been covered in every carbon thread on this forum, on DI engines putting stuff in your gas will not fix carbon on the intake valves as it never touches them.

ok. so all this additive junk is placebo.

how do i keep the valves clean then? take apart the engine?


i read around the web, and some say to drive it like it's stolen to prevent carbon build up.


i haven't done the valve spring recall yet, but if there were build up, they're supposed to clean it right?
