I have searched, but haven't found anything concrete as to the exact sizes of all the speakers in the ML systems of these vehicles. Does anyone know, or can provide me with a link to the size of all 14-speakers? Not sure if it matters, but it's an 07 GS450h w/Navi.

yeah have no idea, know how many are in the car, Just call up your local Lexus dealer and get the sizes from the parts department.

The Lexus dealer will have no ideas what size they are. The front doors for a GS is 6 1/2 the dash has a two way pod with a 2 mid and 1 tweeter the center channel is 3 inches the rear doors are 6 1/2 the rear deck a custom mount with. 2 or 3 inch mid and the sub is 10 inches in the rear

my bad for bumping an old post...but i want to clarify the diagram found in post #5 above. see the thread below for actual location of the front speakers:

clearly the ML front speakers are arranged in a pair combination in the front dash (tweeter & midrange), with the woofer located in the front doors. the diagram in post #5 shows the midrange to be located on the door, which is incorrect.

attached pdf is a diagram i scanned from my 2008 GS450h repair manual (vol. 4) - taken from page AV-3 - which is more accurate in terms of speaker location. this should be used as reference for ML speaker location.
