or you could do 225/40/19 front and 245/35/19 rear if thats how you wanna go but ive been told with awd its best to keep the same size all around as to not mess up the tranny

Yah I decided thats what IM gonna do...Ill post pics in a seperate thread once the rims are installed

I don't mean to threadjack, but I'm in the same boat as I've noticed a bent rim and I'm starting to think about staggering my current setup (i.e. buy two wider rims of the same model).

I've always used this site to compare tire sizes: http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

It looks like 245/35R19 and 285/30R19 are a very close match (0.1% difference). They are also close to the stock 225/50R17 size as well (0.3% difference). My concerns are whether this will require rear fender mods (removing the liner, cutting it, etc). I don't really want to deal with that sort of thing.

Anyway, didn't mean to threadjack but just thought I'd post up this link as well.

Not a problem...but yah Im gonna go with a stated a few posts up as thats what lexus recommends for the front and thats the setup used on the ISF i believe.
