I came from an 01 GS430 and recently picked up an LS430 - love the ride and comfort but miss some of the punch the GS had - anyone made the move from LS430 to GS460 and if so, thoughts on the move - good and bad? Thanks.

Any GS460 in your area that you can test drive? That's your best bet in deciding if it's the right move for you

I used to drive my dad's '02 LS430 alot before getting the GS460. The difference is night and day! The GS has much more punch and feels much more nimble! Not forgetting the extra oooomph in torque!

I think that has to do with the ls having more weight, if im not mistaking I saw around here on the forum

I had a 03 LS430 and went to a 06 GS430 (3rd Gen) and now an 07 GS350. The difference is huge! The engine sound is a little louder in the GS. The suspention is MUCH firmer. The ride is much more sporty. The fit and finish....well.. nowhere close. The LS had a great, quiet, and well put together interior. The GS.. not so much.

Both the GSs are much faster and feel so. The GS460 of couse is even faster.
