Default brake dust question

i have an 07 450 h with 45k miles. i'm pretty sure it still has the factory brake pads and the brake dust is terrible with these pads. which pads are u guys using that put out the least amount of brake dust?

did you talk to dealership? they have dustless pads and it's tsib that they can perform on your car free, if your car still under warranty

As rominl mentioned....there is a low dust brake pad alternate that the dealer can install when redoing your brakes. You'll have to ask for it since the standard procedure is to use the original pad.
They may cover it under the TSIB even if your're still under warranty. BUT DO IT BEFORE YOU GET A "SERVICE BRAKE" WARNING LIGHT". I knew about the low dust brake pads for quite a while and thought I'd wait until I needed pads. I went in at about 30K with a "service brake" light on and they wouldn't cover the replacement since I used up the pads 'under normal wear and tear".
Shish!
Nevertheless, get the pads one way or another. It is a WORLD OF DIFFERENCE on the dust. The original pads dusted from day one or within a day of car washing. The new dust pads go about a week without noticible dusting.
Note: They are less sensitive feeling that the original pads but if you're not taking your car to extreme limits, you might not notice it.

changing the brake on my 450h to a non original dusty one was one of the most satisfying things I did with the car
