In the reflection of the window it looks like a lady (unless its a dude that gay) crouching her face from sun or crying. I feel bad for the driver as this is not a good experience but who knows what happend. In the end its all piece of metal that can be replaced and everyone seems alive and breathing.

I think he was assuming its a woman because of the long-hair and the fact that she was crying over a car crash. If its a man, the long-hair and crying would suggest an effeminate man. So therefore he assumed that it is a woman or a gay guy.
Not agreeing with the logic, just explaining the way I interpreted his thinking.
