Thanks fellas just a nice little touch to have at shows and meets.
Couldnt tell ya. I guess we will see. They used High Temp paint so it should hold up. Plus I dont drive it daily so that should make it last longer.
Soap and water...ha. My car is not even garage kept so I just try to keep it as clean as possible.

It looks great. I've done valve covers on Honda engines with high temp paint and it held up great for years. I'm not sure how white will work though. I've done red, blue and yellow.
Off subject, but what lip is that on the front of your car?

I think it's a outstanding idea! Take pride in the fact that you might have started a trend. I'd love to see if anyone gets a little funky with the engine bay paint though!
