Question differential on AWD gone wild?

1 month ago, i started to notice my 2007 AWD is no longer buttery smooth. with the foot on the gas pedal, it feels like there is something shaking. the passengers do not feel a thing. its only my right foot on the pedal, during acceleration or cruising, can I feel something is wrong.
is there something wrong with my differential or is it the brakes??? oh, i feel something vibrating when i pressed on the brake pedal too! but off course the passengers dont feel a thing.

please help!

Um, i would say balancing, check tires for huge bubbles or loose lug nuts.
