How do you know if you have AVS

I have a 06 gs 300 awd what is avs? it says don't use f sport springs with avs

You don't have it.

AVS is Adaptive Variable Suspension. Its on the GS 430/450h/460 and later was an option on the 350 but very rare.

Basically the car has sport/normal mode and you move the button to adjust the shocks. Sport makes things tighter, Normal makes them softer. Its noticeable but not OMG noticeable.

Springs and AVS have nothing to do with each other! Coil-overs are a different story becasue you are replacing your factory shocks with after market ones that do not support AVS.

Mike, that is the first time I see the seat heater being used. I always turn the dial the other way full blast haha!

BTW, it was 117 degrees leaving home this morning at 8am!
