I've tried stock and staggered. Still vibrate and wobble. Gonna sell the car.

How smooth are the 20's at high speeds? I'm reluctant to get bigger wheels if they shake & shimmy above 70mph.

My car drives at 100mph just as smooth as 55mph. Holes and bumps are more harsh since you are running on such low profile tires but on the highway you dont notice any difference

Thanks, I might go up to 19's, as I don't want to use tires smaller than 30 series. I also don't want to slow down to 5mph on Texas roads going around potholes.

[QUOTE=1STLXS;6538603]I saw that the 2IS had a thread for Owners of Vossen wheels and thought it would be cool to have something similar for us 3GS Owners. I know we have the 3GS Wheel thread but this will be specific to Vossen wheels since many of us here have them on our cars. Please post your Vossen wheel pics with stats.

Here are mine:

Vossen 082
Front: 20 x 9 +32
Rear: 20 x 10.5 +39[/QUOTE

Man that is a real nice gs3

Will Vossen be making 19 or 20" wheels for the 3GS that has an offset around +50 (more than the +45)?

I just wanted better fitment without the wheel sticking out past the wheel well and the puckered tire.

Thanks.

The wheels don't stick out past the wheel well at +45. We won't be making +50 etc offsets for the GS. The new 2013 GS has a +55 or so offset stock and our +45 sits flush as well.

Thanks Mike for your reply.

So which Vossen models in 19" staggered setup will work for the 2006 GS430? I don't want tires lower than 35 series to avoid cracking the wheels or my suspension on Texas roads.

Currently, the CV1's and CV3's are offered in staggered 19x8.5" and 19x10" sizes. 19 inch CV4, CV5, and CV7's are coming in the spring. I'll PM you the offsets, I know that's a touchy subject
