I think I read it somewhere in this forum about $77/year for basic XM-Radio subscription. Is that still valid? Also, with that price do we have the green/yellow/red color mark on the NAV to show the road condition? Or these color only show up if we also order XM-Traffic?

I can only comment on the subscription price. Yes, it was valid as of 4 weeks ago (when I began my subscription).
