I have a 2006 GS430, Pearl White with Black and grey interior!
I came across a great deal on the following with tires for $1250:
Wheels: 20x9 Vossen VVS-083
38 offset
Machined Black Silver with 2" chrome lip
QUESTION is should I go staggered instead as we all know it looks much better.
....and with the suspension option on the GS 430 is putting springs on going to effect that function?
Thanks for the help and input guys!

I personally don't think staggered is a question... When I see any big bodied car without a staggered fitment it looks wrong and plain bad...
And you'll always regret it if you go non staggered, especially if you ever see another GS with wheels in person next to yours...

Staggered will give the GS a more planted feel as well.
Going the same size all around gives you the benefit of being able to rotate tires.

As for your other question, no putting on springs alone will not affect your AVS/ normal/sport function.

Thanks guys for the input...I went and looked at them last night and you are right. Staggered is the only way to go on these cars.
I wish I could find a good set of used staggered Vossens...It's like no one in Colorado cares to ride on rims...that's why I got so excited about these being local.
I would buy new but I've already blown through my yearly car budget this year.
Thanks again guys!

Debt ceiling...that's a good one
If google and all my tech stocks keep climbing maybe I'll buy new. There's always a good deal out there to find though...reason for my budget being blown is some retard sold me a 65 continental convertible for 12k all original...it was an estate sale...then they call me after they found out how bad they messed up and tried to tell me they didn't have the power to sell it...hahaha talk with my attorney, title has been transferred.
I'll wait it out, I do like Vossen though. Lots of good reviews on here. So if anyone wants to sell some used ones let me know...and Mike if Google hits $660 a share I'll buy that same day, lol!
Thanks again guys...like always this forum produces good advise!

I just wanted to give you the other side of the story. Everyone here says go staggered but no one giving the other side. Here's my car on non-staggered. Does not look bad at all. Plus it drove much smoother and handled better on non-staggered. There is only one advantage to staggered....that look. The look is without a doubt a huge thing. But I wouldn't lie and tell you the car performs better. That popycock. Ask anyone who really knows about high performance driving. Since none of us is racing the car, it matters little. All that matters is the look.

On second look, no one really preached about performance. Mike came close with his comment about being "more planted." Staggered looks best but non-staggered ain't bad. The offsets make the difference.
