there's thread on here somewhere, some android phones won't bluetooth the phonebook natively and you have to download an app to do it, can't remember the app anymore I switched to iphone now

Here you go YOHANNES, try this

(PHONE)
1. Go to contacts
2. Hit the menu button and click on Import/export.
3. Export to SD card. (This will create a 0001.vcf file)
4. Open up BFT and it will turn on your BT and make your device discoverable.

-Go to your screen, click telephone, follow by phonebook, transfer data,
and then click on which ever group name or
make one up on the previous screen with the register icon.
After you pick one it should start the pairing process.

(BACK TO PHONE)
5. Click on remote files and find your cars BT and connect.
6. Go back to local files and find the 0001.vcf
7. Long press the file and a menu should pop up.
8. Click on send via bluetooth and Wa la!
Your contacts from the phone should transfer into your navigation.

you probably can't access files on the sd card from stock evo,

I don't have droid anymore but when I did I had to have the app call astro file manager in order to do that

so try downloading astro file manager, then using that app to locate your file
