PICS ARE HERE!

Finally the custom decal and G2 paint came in and I worked on them about all day yesterday. I'll hopefully write a review and answer any questions you guys may have about painting calipers but for now here are some pics. Let me know what you guys think!

The gap in the front is because the other side is jacked up, just so you know!

Overall I'm super happy about this mod because it just makes the car grab your attention a little bit more! It's about a 5/10 difficulty as there are many chances to mess up but as long as you are careful and don't rush, it'll come out nicely!

Looks great! I used G2 as well and it's been about 1 year or so and they look just as good as the first day I did them.

I'm still on the fence about adding the Lexus decal or not - what do you think? Also, did you use a clearcoat after your applied the decal?

Thanks man! I think you should add the decal if you're not worried it might not look too cluttered since you also got the Vossen decals as well. But I feel like it does add a touch of class and makes it look OEM! And yeah I did add a few very light coats of clearcoat.

g2 caliper paint ftw, but i have one small chip on each large caliper in the fronts. I did not paint the rear, but you only can see it if you are up real close and bent over lol. I used about 3 coats of clear coat that could handle engine temps and 2-3 coats of the g2 caliper paint. I always could buy another g2 caliper paint and touch it up but its really not noticeable.

Yeah it's not even worth it to touch up, I actually pulled off a bit of paint when I removed the decal since I applied it when it wasn't fully dried(I got anxious to finish in one night!) but after the wheels are on it's not noticeable unless you're really close!

BPVIP just had our first annual bbq and here's a teaser of that day
