C'mon Paul, Have you ever lived in Houston? This type of stuff happens on a normal basis in Houston and Texas in general, ask anyone that lives in Houston about this??
I've lived in Houston most of my life and have observed our local drivers are no better or worse than those anywhere in the US. We just have a LOT of them, and as an international city, some do not speak English, read road signs, or understand our traffic laws as well as you do. That doesn't make them stupid.

Again with the sexist comments? Guys, you need to grow up.
i seriously hope she's a much better lawyer than a driver. i would want anyone defending me who didn't notice bright red traffic cone and didn't immediately notice the car sinking when it's "supposed" to be concrete.

Well sir, Have you lived in Atlanta? I lived there pior to coming to Houston and I have friends from L.A., NYC and S.FL and everyone that I spoke to concurs to what I've been saying.. Atlanta and Houston are comparable cities and its like night and day between these two places.. I don't know where you been before but Houston traffic is a joke (easy) compared to other major cities especially Atlanta yet Houston drivers still manage to mangle themselves more than anywhere else.. So please know what you're saying before you speak please sir..
