Default Headlight Stuckpointing left??

Hi everyone,
Im new to the forum and im hoping i can find some help!! I have an 06 GS430 that i take care of with the utmost care that it deserves! I recently got into an accident (not my fault!) and had the front end, bumper and headlights replaced. I just can seem to get the head lights right, once i got the car back, the AFS Off light kept flashing so i took it back to the body shop and they took it to the dealer to get it checked.
Got the car back today and the light is off, but both lights are stuck aimed to the left? and the passenger bulb head is recessed deap into the hole for it.

Any suggestions on getting this corrected? can i manually aim them straight? i checked the manual but im worried to start opening stuff under the hood...owned the car since 06, never have!
Thanks if anyones willing to help!

Afs is when head light projectors move right and left as you turn the steerin wheel. When you say they aimed left is it noticibale while driving or just by looking at the headlights. I had a problem where everytime i would make a sharp left turn, my drivers side headlight projector would get stuck on the left and wouldn't come back to normal straight position and that would make my afs light blink on the dash. I made a video of it and brought it to lexus, they replaced the headlight and its been fine since then. For better description of the problem you are havin try taking a picture and attaching it.

Maybe the headlight is bad? When I got into an accident my entire front was F%^& up. The body shop replaced both head lights and I noticed a wave coming from my driver side headlight and it was being projected way off to the left. I tried to manually adjust it but it still was off. I had the body shop get me a new one because I wasn't satisfied. He then told me it was defective OEM headlight from the dealer.
