hey... you have the wrong offsets and the wrong tires. Who sold you these wheels?

I bought them used. Will offset have that effect where I can't turn my steering wheel without it rubbing on the inside of fender inner liner?

yes it will. you need +32 or +32 front. and +45 rear

What about people running negative offsets and do not have problems. ?

they might have negative offsets but maybe not on such wide wheels. Maybe negative offset on 8" and 9" wheels?

Also that requires stretched tires, negative camber and rolled/pulled fenders.

yeah you can do negative offsets but you have to do lots of finder mods roll, shave, and pull its not eazy lol
